Through our marketplace, we provide a platform for our authors to connect directly with their readers by providing them a Seller page, to list their books, author profile and social media links.

Through our YouTube Channel, we provide content for authors to learn about marketing, promotion, and much more.

Signing up is easy. Visit our Become a Member page and select your subscription plan.

Once an order is placed for your book, you will receive an email notification for the order with the shipping address. The order will also appear on your Dashboard once you log into your account.

Once you ship your orders, you can update the customer of the order status by logging into your account and updating the order status to “Completed”. 

The customer will then receive an email notification that their order has been completed.

When you setup your account with Buy the Book, you will be asked to connect your Stripe account.

You will get paid directly to your bank account via Stripe within 7 days of each sale on Buy the Book.

Payments to your Stripe account will happen immediately after an order is placed.

Payments from your Stripe account to your nominated bank account can take up to 7 days to be processed.

Please note that Stripe charges a transaction fee on each order placed.

You will pay either 0% or 20% commission depending on the plan you choose.

Postage costs will depend on the weight of your book (and envelope). It is best to place your book into your envelope of choice and visit your local post office who will advise you on postage costs in Ireland and worldwide. For further information on postage costs, please visit the An Post website.

Once you become a member of Buy the Book, you are welcome to join our private Facebook group and you will be invited to Buy the Book events as they are scheduled.
