Maire s interview with John at the end of each chapter is worth reading a couple of times.
John Collins is led by spirit.
Spirit tells him what changes you can make in your life to transform it to live a life of consciousness. You basically wake up to reality.
But the choice is yours and you have to do the work. This is life changing as it shows you what you are creating everyday in your life. Holding onto stuff blocking your freedom.
