Conor is a financial engineer, public speaker and podcaster from county Cavan, who studied theoretical physics at NUI Galway. After a battle with anorexia at the young age of 12. Conor turned his physical state around to become a competitive powerlifter. At the age of 20, in the midst of a bitter battle with depression he decided to put his story on paper, to show others that its ok to talk about their mental health, and that life can change for the better when we least expect it. Conor self published his first book "NORMAL" which is a personal account of his teenage years, which he discusses in an informal chat between himself and a fictional character whom he introduces as “The Stranger”
