A lovely pithy, readable book with short chapters
setting out reflections on ways of living your best life. Particularly good I think as an introduction to
to the whole area of self-help, heart/mind material.

    A really useful book.
I know there are many books written on similar topics and pointers to live an authentic life, but this book covered so much in a manner that anyone could understand. I loved the short chapters, but they in no way diluted the worth of the knowledge and content within every page. I know I need to be constantly reminded of the best way for me to live my life and this gem of a book contains all the treasure and gems.
If you are a starter on the path of self reflection, meditation, life appreciation, finding your life purpose, kindness, art of listening and so much more this book is for you.
It is beautifully written but is not difficult to understand.
The short chapters enable you concentrate more easily.
I would highly recommend this book.
    Well done to Orla

I love the innovative way this book is presented and indeed the design and size…..it fits neatly in the 👜!

Each chapter contains powerful information, distilled to offer us a very clear and succinct guide on literally, the A to Z of how to maintain equilibrium and good health and find meaning & purpose in life.

The book also reflects the author’s strong social conscience. She subtly and intermittently throughout the book, challenges us with her views on global justice & equality and makes us question where our own responsibility lies in creating a more sustainable environment.

I would highly recommend this book.
