The Face of Petra
Ian Andrew Murray
Dublin, 1964. When Mairead Sweeney, daughter of a wealthy family vanishes, private investigator Frank Magill takes the case. But the young woman isn’t just missing—she’s reinventing herself under new names and new roles, leaving behind a trail of contradictions. The deeper Magill digs, the more he finds himself drawn into a web of dark family secrets, political corruption and intrigue at the highest level, a city haunted by unsolved murders, and the mystery of a girl who may not want to be found. And, for Magill, what begins as a simple search becomes a fight for his own life in a world where the truth is a weapon that can kill you.
