The Irish Invincible

Toni Harks is the pen name I use for my Novels . My real name is  Mark Harkin, and from a young age, I was captivated by the power of stories—whether found in the pages of a book or brought to life on television. That lifelong fascination with character, emotion, and imagination naturally grew into a drive to create original works of my own.

Born and still residing in Convoy, Co.Donegal, I often blend the rich beauty and ruggedness of the Irish landscape into my fiction. The setting becomes an active presence, shaping mood, atmosphere, and the journeys of the characters that I create.

Over the years, I have written dozens of stories, exploring a wide range of ideas, worlds, and characters. Writing has always been more than a hobby—it is a way of engaging with the world, asking questions, and crafting answers through the journeys of fictional lives.

My ultimate vision extends beyond the page. I write with the belief that my stories will one day be adapted for television, allowing them to reach audiences in a dynamic, visual form.
