The Race to the Grave: What is really Killing Us? It started a research project - but I realised it is a living nightmare for everyone - and they don’t even know it. The incidence of cancer has risen dramatically from 1:10 to 1:2 since the 1980’s. One in 2 people will develop cancer at some stage in their lives, according to the most accurate forecast to date.The information that we are indoctrinated with is often, as best, intentionally censored and at worst deliberate misinformation. We are slowly and systematically being irrevocably damaged throughout our lives. I decided to publish this as a readable book (I hope) in the hope that at least one baby would be born without being subjected to the horrendous toxic effects of pesticides and noxious chemicals.

Óg go Deo: Forever Young The grief of the death of a beloved pet is often the first time a child experiences the pain a broken heart. The impact of loss is tremendous and more obvious when the loved one is a human. Sometimes I think we may underestimate the profound effect it has on a child, and indeed adults, who lose their pet, their best friend. They have gone over the rainbow bridge’ - and what happens next? Are they lost and all alone?  I have had these experiences as a child and the loving explanations were not at all either helpful or reassuring. Nothing much has changed.But death is only the beginning of an amazing adventure. So I decided to write a little book to help explain where the pets really go and hope it will take away some of the pain and start to mend broken hearts
