Hi, I’m Chris, a proud Irish citizen rooted in County Mayo. My Grandfather, Vince, emigrated from County Mayo to England in the 1950s to look for work, with his brother.
My books, poems, and stories are inspired by my Irish heritage, and over the last few years, I’ve been spending more and more time in Mayo and Ireland to explore my roots as I seek to honour the legacy of my family, tell new stories, and learn more about my heritage.
