Sinead Kennedy

Sinéad Kennedy lives in Dublin, Ireland with her cat Sooty. She is a travel writer and author. As well as writing for the national newspapers she is a Personal Development Coach and Addiction Recovery Coach specializing in those looking to improve their relationship with themselves.

Sinead has been featured on numerous TV shows, radio shows and Podcasts in Ireland and the UK discussing how she went from being on suicide watch in 2025 to changing her outlook on life for the better through solo travel and cycling. Sinead is a regular travel expert on The Last Word with Mat Cooper on Today FM where she shares her wealth of travel knowledge and top tips for travelling economically and safely.

Over the years Sinead has pushed herself mentally and physically in numerous marathons and cycling challenges including the longest climb in the world, The Alto de Letras, Colombia. (Featured in her book- Life Is A Cycle.)
