My passion lies in writing books to empower you to take charge of your health.

This latest book is starting at the start for children aged 3-14, its a fun interactive book which lays down foundational messages on food, exercise, cooking, growing food and minding your mind.  

Last year i published a Kindle TAKE BACK YOUR POWER; SELF LOVE, NUTRITION, MOVEMENT & SLEEP and in the process of publishing as a Paperback. 

I’m excited to spread the message of empowerment in our health and wellbeing and being our own best carers of our bodies, our home for life!
