I am Kate T. Lawler and I am passionate about helping people like you to advance your career and achieve your full potential.  My special area of interest is coaching people to success in competency based interviews.

Having experienced both sides of the interview table, I have a wealth of knowledge to share with you and many skills to draw on that will enable you to identify and recognise experiences you have had that contribute to the competencies being sought by the Interview Panel.  I can help you open your eyes to your own wealth of experience.

Sometimes a shift in perspective can be the encouragement needed, or perhaps putting yourself in the interviewer’s chair.  I share with you how the interview looks from that perspective, what it takes to impress those who sit there and what exactly it is that they are looking for.
