Orla Ryan

Orla Ryan grew up in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. She graduated from UCD and subsequently did a Diploma in Counselling, Hypnotherapy and NLP. She worked for 15 years for the Irish Civil Service as a certified employee assistance professional providing a counselling and referral service together with a health and well-being programme for staff. It was this work together with her own research over many years that has given her a depth of understanding in relation to mental health and  emotional well-being. She lives in Dalkey with her husband and her two sons.
