She is qualified as Creative Mindfulness Practitioner for children/teens where she is focused at the moment.

For 5 years she has contributed to Aware, helping people struggling with their mental health.

Writing has been her passion for a long time which become more apparent after she started practising Mindfulness and Meditation.

This book is a mix result of her work and life experience.

She hopes that it will help children learn more about mindfulness practices like love and kindness, breathing etc; mindfulness teachers in their mindfulness/meditation classes and others who are in contact with children.
