Camilla Galbiati was born in a little town in Northern Italy about 30 Km from Bergamo.
In 2012, aged 22, Camilla moved to Sligo, in the north-west of Ireland, for what should have been a six-month au-pairing experience. After meeting Séamus, now her husband, she decided to stay. The stunning north-west of Ireland has been her home for over eleven years and she considers herself half-Irish.
She has always had a passion for writing and storytelling. ‘Beatrice’s fate’ is her debut novel.
