Erin West is an Irish author and entrepreneur whose books explore wellness, self-development, reflection, and the many ways people navigate change throughout life.

Her latest book, Signs from Heaven, is a guided journal created as a gentle space for readers to notice and record moments of comfort, connection, and meaning, particularly during times of reflection or loss. Rather than offering answers, the book invites personal exploration, allowing each reader’s experience to remain their own.

Erin’s wider body of work includes titles such as Healing After Loss, Questions on Grief and Loss, Grateful Heart, Osteoporosis After 40, and The Sloth Strategy: Win at Life by Doing Less (but Better).
